Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services provided by Eighteen Webs Design Studio, operated by Compuzone Advanced Technology Solutions LLC, located in Hazlet, New Jersey.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Eighteen Webs Design Studio provides the following services to small businesses:

• Web Design & Development — custom website design, development, and launch
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) — local SEO, content creation, and Google Business Profile optimization
• Google Ads Management — campaign setup, management, and optimization
• Social Media Management — content creation and scheduling (add-on service)
• Free Website Audit — complimentary analysis of your online presence

Service details, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in individual client agreements or proposals provided prior to project commencement.

Payment terms are as follows:

• Web Design projects — 50% deposit required to begin; remaining balance due upon project completion before launch
• Monthly services (SEO, Google Ads) — billed monthly in advance; payment due on the 1st of each month
• Google Ads spend — paid directly to Google by the client; not included in our management fee
• Late payments — services may be paused if payment is more than 7 days overdue

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice for ongoing monthly services.

We believe in month-to-month relationships. Our cancellation policy is simple:

• Monthly services — cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice; no cancellation fees
• Web Design projects — the deposit is non-refundable if work has commenced; remaining balance is not owed if the client cancels before launch
• Refunds — monthly service fees already paid are non-refundable; unused portions of the current billing period will not be credited

To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals as requested
• Supply all necessary content, images, logos, and brand materials
• Ensure they have rights to all content provided to us
• Provide necessary access to accounts (Google Ads, Analytics, hosting) as needed
• Communicate changes in business direction that may affect the project scope

Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of Eighteen Webs Design Studio.

Upon receipt of final payment, clients receive full ownership of the website design and content created specifically for their project. This includes:

• Custom graphics and design elements created for the project
• Written content produced by our team specifically for the client
• The completed website as delivered

Eighteen Webs Design Studio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Third-party assets — stock images, fonts, plugins, and themes remain subject to their respective licenses.

We are committed to delivering high-quality work and measurable results. However:

• We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or advertising performance
• SEO and Google Ads results vary based on industry, competition, budget, and market conditions
• We provide transparent monthly reporting so you can evaluate performance at all times

We work hard to deliver results — and our month-to-month model means we have to earn your business every single month.

Eighteen Webs Design Studio and Compuzone Advanced Technology Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Monmouth County, New Jersey.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active clients of significant changes. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
